Jess "Jay" Floyd Dudley, age 95, passed away Saturday, August 6, 2016 at his home in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Jay was born January 29, 1921, to Floyd and Floy Dudley in Westville, Oklahoma. He served in the Army Air Corps during WWII and earned a Bronze Star for his involvement in the Normandy Invasion and Battle of the Bulge. In 1945, Jay married Winifred Whelchel and they celebrated 70 anniversaries together. During his 35 year career he served as a school administrator at Cave Springs, Okla., Nickerson, Kan., Bentonville, Ark. and Oilton, Okla. Jay is survived by his wife, Winifred; two sons, Dayne (Kristina), Wayne (Tammy) all of Tulsa; two daughters, Jayne White (Ron) of Springfield, Mo. and Kelly Henderson (Michael) of Tulsa; 11 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.   Service will be held 3 p.m., Sunday, August 14 at Floral Haven Funeral Home, Broken Arrow, Okla.
