Leuam Latskoson

Leuam Latskoson, 71, of Springdale, Ark. passed away Thursday, August 11, 2016 in Fayetteville. He was born May 8, 1945 in Savannakhet, Laos. He work for the City of New Orleans for 30 year on the Levee Board and relocated to Northwest Arkansas after Hurrican Katrina and began working at Walmart Optical where he worked for 10 years. He is survived by his wife, Manivanh Phoummalayvane, four children, Ann Sourinhaphong of Springdale, Ark., Marvin Latskoson of San Antonio, Texas, Jay Phoummalayvane of Springdale, AR, Adam Latskoson of Springdale, Ark., and three grandchildren.
