Pamela Christie Rosenwinkel

Pamela Kay Christie Rosenwinkel, 66, of White Hall, began a new life in Heaven on Saturday, August 20, 2016. She was born October 18, 1949 in Gary, Ind., daughter of Clell and Joyce Thompson Christie. Pamela was reared and received her early education in Griffith, Ind., graduating from Griffith High School. She was a homemaker who loved spoiling her grandchildren by taking them on trips to Disney and playing with them in her pool. Mrs. Rosenwinkel was an active member of Oak Grove Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents. Survivors include her husband, Randy Rosenwinkel, whom she married September 21, 1968 in Schererville, Ind.; two daughters, Rhonda Garner and her husband, David, of White Hall, and Carrie Ashcraft and her husband, Billy, of Jefferson; two brothers, Kevin Christie and his wife, JoAnn, of Milton, Fla., and Steven Christie; and four grandchildren, Alexis Garner, Julianne Garner, Dewayne Ashcraft, and Jessica Ashcraft. Funeral services will be Wednesday, August 24, 2016 at 10 a.m., in the Chapel of Ralph Robinson & Son with Reverend M.L. Faler officiating. Burial will follow in Graceland Cemetery. Visitation will be Tuesday, August 23, 2016 from 5 to 7 p.m. at Robinson's.
