Judy Maxine Phillips Evans, 58, of Huntsville died Monday, November 28, 2016 at Springdale. She was born November 8, 1958 to Roy Dalton and Lila Jean Rodgers Phillips at Springdale. She was employed by O'Reilly Automotive for 20 years. She was preceded in death by her husband, William "Bill" Evans; her father, Roy Dalton Phillips; one granddaughter, Lexie Evans. She is survived by her mother, Lila Jean Phillips of Springdale; three sons, Richard Evans of the home, Jason Evans and his wife Megan of Fayetteville and David Phillips of Springdale; one step daughter, Kathy Evans; one sister, Lisa Garner and husband Woody of Lowell; four grandsons, Henry and Jack Evans, Jessie Phillips, Nicholas and two granddaughters, Hannah Phillips Loyd, and Amy; one uncle, Ralph Rodgers, two aunts, Linda Ferguson and Sarah Eula Dean Owen. Funeral services will be Saturday, December 3, 2016 at 2 p.m. at Sisco Funeral Chapel of Springdale. Burial will follow in Buckeye Cemetery.
