Grant Marshall

Grant Marshall, 58, of Magnolia, Ark., passed away on Wednesday, December 7, 2016 at Christus St. Michael Health System in Texarkana, Texas. Grant was born September 19, 1958 in Magnolia, Ark. He was a member of the Central Baptist Church and a graduate of Southern Arkansas University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in applied studies. Grant was an advocate for those with disabilities and participated and served on numerous boards that ensured that individuals received services and adaptive equipment needed. He was also an avid fan of all sports and regularly was the commentator and announcer for numerous games for Magnolia Public Schools and Southern Arkansas University. Grant is survived by his parents, Everett Donald and Katie Ruth (Grant) Marshall of Magnolia; a sister Donna Marshall Sanders of Magnolia; and a host of extended family and friends. The register book will be available at Lewis Funeral Home, Inc. on Friday until Saturday, December 10, 2016 at 12 noon. A family graveside will be held at Memorial Park Cemetery with Bro.
