In her words, "A big thank you to the City of Rogers for allowing me the opportunity to give back a little something to this community that I call Home. I will always be grateful to my husband for moving my family to Arkansas with Daisy in 1958. I started volunteering as a docent at St. Mary's Hospital and Rogers Historical Museum. I never imagined I would be thinking how fortunate to have such a treasured place to record history. I now know that it is true one gets more out of volunteering than one gives. I gratefully acknowledge past historians and current recorders of history and to my family and friends for support these many years. Hooray for Rogers, Arkansas." Charlotte's whole life has been one of service. Visitation will be Thursday, December 15th from 10:30 a.m. to 11 a.m. at First Presbyterian Church in Rogers, Arkansas with funeral service to follow at 11 a.m. Officiating will be Rev.
