John Lewis Carrigan

John Lewis Carrigan age 66, of Prescott died Friday, December 9, 2016. He was the son of the late Matthew and Lucille Block Carrigan. He was also preceded in death by his infant son, John L. Carrigan, Jr.; his brother, Charles Carrigan. John attended Blevins Training School. He retired from Firestone Building Products. John was a lifetime member of Antioch Baptist Church. Survivors: his wife, Mercy Madison Carrigan; children, Chandra (Vence) Davis, Krystle, Keedra and Rodney Carrigan, Mereta (Matthew) Brantley and Alexi Madison; siblings Lonnie (Margaret) Carrigan, Frankie (Kris) Carrigan, Caesar (Debbie) Carrigan, Chester (Constance) Carrigan, Linda (Rev. Freddie) Smith, Severa Nell (Donnie) Davis, Shirley (Jerry) Griffin and Kathy (Samuel) Madison; grandchildren and extended family.
