Russell Edward McGaugh

Russell E. McGaughy, 63, of Pea Ridge passed away December 14, 2016 surrounded by his family. He was born November 3, 1953 in Orange, California the son of Roy and Oletta Farmer McGaughy. Russell was a 27 year truck driver for Wal-Mart and three other companies, a total of 5 1/2 million miles driven safely. He was a member of the Cornerstone Assembly of God Church in Rogers. He was an amazing daddy, loving Papa of 4 wonderful grandchildren. He also was a devoted and faithful Christian until the end. He is survived by his wife of 44 years, Phyllis McGaughy of the home; two children, Anthony McGaughy and wife Amy of Centerton; Pamela Kuriatnyk and husband Jeremiah of Pea Ridge; his siblings, Danny McGaughy of Mountain Home, Arkansas, Ricky McGaughy of Sherman, Texas and Rebekah Tobin of Owasso, Oklahoma; four grandchildren, Paige and Austin McGaughy of Centerton and Jordan and Rebekah Kuriatnyk of Pea Ridge. Funeral service 11 a.m. Saturday at Benton County Funeral Home, 306 N. 4th, Rogers with Pastor James Longmate officiating. Private interment in the Bentonville Cemetery.
