Phillip Tippy

Phillip Tippy, 66, died Dec. 15. He is survived by his son, Shawn Tippy of Imboden; brother, Paul Ray Tippy of Sherwood; sisters, Karen (Mike) Parrish of Blytheville and Darlene (Harry) Edwards of Virginia. Memorial services will be at 2 p.m. Monday, Dec. 19, in the Tri-County Funeral Home Chapel.
