Martha Marlene Skaggs

Martha Marlene Skaggs, 62, died December 18th, 2016 at Circle of Life Hospice in Springdale, Arkansas. She was born July 19th, 1954 and she is survived by her husband, Marvin Skaggs of Elm Springs; her two daughters: Kim Lebeau of Siloam Springs and Rhonda Ware of Anchorage, Alaska, and her son, Kevin Skaggs of Elm Springs. She is also survived by her seven brothers: Thomas and Guerin Goates of Elm Springs, Elmo Goates of Elk City, Kansas, Loyd Goates of Gentry, Alfred Goates of Decatur, Willard Goates of Lowell, and Roy Goates of Wichita, Kansas.
