Arline Turley

Arline Turley Uselton Turley, 89, of Benton passed away Saturday, January 30, 2016 into the loving arms of her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. She was born November 21, 1926 in Little Rock, Ark. She was predeceased by her parents, Walter and Bernice Turley, a brother, Bill ( Buddy ) Turley all of California; husband, Bob Hammett and husband W.E. (Sonny) Uselton. She is survived by a sister, Christine Smith and a nephew Tim Smith also of California. Daughters, Cynthia Thomas of Memphis, Tenn.; Frances, (Don) Birdwell of Birmingham, Ala.; Suzanne, (James) Kidd of Benton, Ark; grandchildren, Angie Birdwell, Christopher Kidd, and Robin Kidd. There are seven great-grandchildren. Friends are invited to join the family in celebrating her life. In lieu of flowers, please send donations to St. Judes Childrens Research Hospital of Memphis, Tenn. or your favorite charity. Visitation will be Tuesday, February 2nd from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. and Wednesday, February 3 at 9:30 a.m. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, February 3rd at 10 a.m. at Ashby Funeral Home Chapel with interment at Pine Crest Cemetery.
