Adalyn Hope Petryszak

Adalyn Hope Petryszak, age 1.5, of Cave Springs, Ark., passed from the arms of her mother into the arms of Jesus on February 7, 2016, surrounded by family at Arkansas Children's Hospital in Little Rock. She was born in Johnson on July 29, 2014, one minute after her twin sister, Sofia Grace, to Shane and Stefanie (Burns) Petryszak. Adalyn fought a very courageous battle over her short life, enduring 9 surgeries while spending 410 of her 558 days in the hospital. Her strength and sweet spirit won the love and respect of everyone that she came in contact with. Her legacy of Hope lives on. She is survived by her parents and sister; paternal grandparents, Ray and Brenda Petryszak of Poteau, Okla.; maternal grandparents, Charles and Kathy Burns of Springdale, Ark.; uncle and aunt, Billy and Chelsea Cunningham of Siloam Springs, Ark.; aunt, Jennifer Burns of Springdale, Ark. Visitation will be at 10 a.m. with services following at 11 a.m. on Saturday, February 13, 2016 at Cross Church Pinnacle Hills in Rogers, Ark., officiated by Bob Ryan and Jamie Lantzsch.
