Hayden Carter Greenway, 21, of Little Flock, Ark., departed this life on July 4, 2016. Hayden was born on July 9, 1994 in Rogers, Ark., the son of Tom and Johnetta Greenway. He attended Rogers School District, graduating from Rogers Heritage High in 2013, where he was a member of the varsity basketball team. Hayden was currently in his sophomore year at the University of Arkansas where he was pursuing a degree in Biology. Hayden had tremendous presence and was a vibrant young man with many loving friends, all for whom he cared and loved passionately. He had an exuberant personality that shined bright and made anyone in his presence feel happy and comfortable. He had a passion for wakeboarding, and spent most of his free time on the water with his family and friends. Hayden was a confident and strong young man that encouraged his friends to continue working hard and pushing themselves to the fullest. Hayden will be dearly missed by his family and a lifelong network of friends, but his fun-loving spirit will live on in the hearts of all those he leaves behind. Hayden's faith in Christ provides the comfort that all of his loved ones may one day be joined together, eternally, with him. Hayden is survived by his father, Tom Greenway of Little Flock, Ark., mother, Johnetta Dexter and husband Brad of Bentonville, Ark.; grandparents, Bill and Myrna Greenway of Springdale, Ark.; grandfather, John Bramlett of Sand Springs, Okla.; grandmother, Doris Button and husband Charlie of Punta Gorda, Fla.; brother, Calvin Greenway of Bentonville, Ark.; sister, Megan Greenway of Fayetteville, Ark.; uncles, Mark Greenway and wife Rhonda of Fayetteville, Ark.; Randy Greenway and wife Jennifer of Bentonville, Ark.; Travis Bramlett and wife Evelyn of Colorado Springs, Colo.; cousins Garrett of Fayetteville, Ark. and Katie Greenway of Boise, Idaho; Maxwell and Jillian Greenway of Bentonville, Ark. and Alec Bramlett of Fort Collins, Colo. A public visitation will be held on Sunday July 10, 2016 from 4-6 p.m. at Keypoint Church, 3700 Medical Center Parkway in Bentonville, Ark. Funeral services will also be held at Keypoint Church at the same address on Monday, July 11, 2016 at 11 a.m. Hayden will be laid to rest in Silent Grove Cemetery in Springdale, Ark. with a private committal service. In lieu of flowers, a contribution may be made in Hayden's name to the Fellowship of Christian Athletes at 3223 Old Greenwood Road, Fort Smith, Ark. 72903.
