Frances Marie Edington House, age 95, of Perryville, Arkansas passed away, Tuesday, July 12, 2016. She was born September 2, 1920 in Little Rock, Arkansas, a daughter of Marion W. Edington Sr. and Georgia Lillian Holthoff Edington. She graduated from Little Rock Central High in 1938, and graduated from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville in 1942 with a degree in Home Economics and was a member of Delta Delta Delta Sorority. She married John Loyd House in 1944 and retired as a social worker with the state of Arkansas and worked with her husband and son in their Shelter Insurance Agency. She was a member of Second Baptist Church of Perryville. Survivors include her son, Baylor House (Patricia) of Houston; grandson, John B. House IV (Brooke); granddaughter, Stephanie House Emery (Josh) of Houston; great-grandchildren, Megan L. and J. Lane Emery of Houston, and Brantley Loyd House of Perryville; nephews, Billy Tatgenhorst (Becky), Tim Tatgenhorst (Annette), R.M. McKay III (Ginger); nieces, Baylor Bone (Charles), Jane Tatgenhorst Plummer, Meg Tatgenhorst Davis (Bucky), Tina Tatgenhorst Miller (Steve); cousin, Marilyn Beard (Carl); as well as other extended family and friends. Other than her parents, and husband, John Loyd House she was preceded in death by her brothers, M.W. Edington Jr. and Glenn Edington; sister, Margaret Edington Tatgenhorst. Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Friday, July 15, at First Baptist Church of Perryville with Rev. Glenn Alley officiating. Burial will be at Harper Cemetery by Harris Funeral Home of Morrilton.
