Roger Allen Burks, Sr.

Roger Allen Burks, Sr., 65, of Tucker, Ark., went to be with the Lord, July 28, 2016. Roger was born July 24, 1951 to Loomis and Mamie Burks. He was a Protestant, bookkeeper for Niven Farms and a volunteer fireman for Tucker Fire Department. He liked nature, raised livestock and was a former commercial fisherman. He was preceded in death by his parents. Roger is survived by one son, Roger Burks, Jr. of Riverside, Calif.; two brothers, Ricky Burks (Beverly) of England, Ark. and Randy Burks (Margie) of Stuttgart, Ark. and Martha Shadle of Cabot, Ark. Visitation will be Sunday, July 31, 2016 from 5-7 p.m. at Roller England Funeral Home with graveside services Monday, Aug. 1, 2016 at 11 a.m. at Mulberry Cemetery Chapel.
