Havis Jacks

Captain Havis Jacks, 63, of Little Rock passed away on June 22, 2016. He was born September 14, 1952 in Rison, Arkansas to Harold and Mable Harrington Jacks. He was a retired Fire Marshall for the LRFD for 30 years. Havis was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his fiancé, Sandy Brossett of Little Rock; daughter, Ashley Jacks (Zeb Humphrey) of Little Rock; grandchildren, Paris and Bayli Ludwig; sister, Sharron Bates of Maumelle; brother, Douglas Jacks of Bauxite; and nieces, Stephanie Jacks of Jackson, Mississippi and Stacy Naylor of Maumelle, Arkansas. He was a member of the Friendly Chapel Church of the Nazarene,116 South Pine Street, North Little Rock, Arkansas, where a memorial service will be held at 11:00 AM, Monday, June 27, 2016.
