Elsie Lincoln Watkins Rolandelli

Elsie Lincoln Watkins Rolandelli, 84, passed away on April 28, 2016 in McKinney, Texas. She was born September 27, 1931 in Newport, Rhode Island to Louis and Florence Watkins. Elsie graduated from the Roosevelt Hospital School of Nursing in New York City. She retired to the Beaver Lake area in 1984. She was active in the establishment of the Beaver Lake Sail and Power Squadron serving in many offices including commander. She served St. Vincent DePaul Church in Rogers as a Renew leader and a Greeter, and was a longtime volunteer for the Rogers Public Library Book Store. In 2011, she moved to McKinney, Texas with her husband. Elsie is survived by her husband of 63 years, Julian Rolandelli; her daughter, Laura Rolandelli Coln, sons, David, Richard and Robert Rolandelli and 13 grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her oldest son, Darryl in 2009. A memorial service was held on May 13, 2016 at St. Gabriel Catholic Church, 110 St. Gabriel Way, McKinney, Texas.
