Linda C. Eddy

Linda C. Eddy, 72, of Slater, Missouri, died Saturday, June 25, 2016 at The Living Center in Marshall, Missouri. Private graveside services will be held at Slater City Cemetery with Rev. Penny Smith officiating. Pallbearers will be Joe Summers, Jim Ed Peel, Jim Humburg, Larry Desmond, Robert Malan, and Ben Frazee. Memorials are suggested to the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or Children's Mercy Hospital in care of Weiker Funeral Home in Slater, Missouri. Born June 26, 1943 in Garfield, Arkansas, she was the daughter of the late Robert and Ruby Miller Maloney. On February 15, 1964 in Marshall, she married Louis Eddy, and he survives of the home. Also surviving is a brother, Bobby J. Maloney of Jonesboro, Arkansas; a sister, Helen Maloney Reece and her husband Howard of Houston, Texas; two nephews, Michael Maloney and his wife Stephanie of Jonesboro; and Eric Glenn of Micanopy, Florida; a niece, Michelle Maloney Childers and her husband Jarod of Jonesboro; three great-nieces; and one great-nephew.
