Charline Scarbrough, 74, of White Hall, died Monday. Survivors: sons, Dr. Tracy, Travis and Todd Phillips, Dewey and Adam Scarbrough; daughter, Julie Dempsey; brothers, Scott and Kevin Ware; seven grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
