Phyllis Ann Holifield

Phyllis Ann Holifield of Little Rock passed away on Tuesday, May 24, 2016 after a valiant struggle with cancer. She was born April 24, 1947 to Marion and Mary K. Young. Phyllis was a believer in Jesus Christ since childhood and had been a faithful member of Immanuel Baptist Church in Little Rock for over 40 years. She was a CPA and the sole owner of the Priddy & Holifield accounting firm in North Little Rock. She was a champion of female business owners and served as a board member of the National Women Business Owners Corporation; National Treasurer of the National Association of Women Business Owners and as President of the local NAWBO chapter. She served on several other boards including CareLink and the Arkansas Baptist Foundation. Phyllis is survived by her husband, Larry Holifield; her mother, Mary K. Young; brother, Paul Young (Kathy) and two nieces, Aubri Duran (Matt) and Michelle Young, all of Little Rock. Visitation will be 5-7 p.m., Friday, May 27, 2016 at Roller-Chenal Funeral Home, 13801 Chenal Parkway, Little Rock, Arkansas 72211, (501) 224-8300.
