Richard Powell

Richard Dale Powell, age 58, of Springdale passed away Tuesday November 8, 2016. He was born January 14, 1958 in LaPuente, California to Richard and Anna Woodward Powell. He was preceded in death by his parents, two sisters, Kathy Powell and Gail Test; one brother, Ronnie Powell. Richard worked for Oekle Construction in Springdale. He is survived by his wife Donnette Powell, two daughters, Sarah Pine and Jennifer Garner both of Fayetteville; one son, Josh Powell of Springdale; one sister, Debbie Garrett of Indianapolis, Indiana; five grandchildren, Sonnie Adams, Nicholas Adams, Ethan Adams, Huxley Powell, Elliott Powell and Amarillas Dawn Bryant.
