Dianna Sue Bane

Dianna Sue Dixon Bane was born on January 29, 1944 in Keo, Arkansas to Claude and Lorene Dixon. She passed away on November 16 at her home. She was preceded in death by her parents and her two brothers, Don and Bobby. Survivors include her husband of 54 years, Charles; a daughter, Shelley; a son, Chuck and his wife, Paulette; two granddaughters, Ericka and her husband, Tyler and Katie; one grandson, Geoffrey, and one great grandson, Alex; and a host of little children she taught at church over the years who knew her as Nana, and hundreds of Christians over the world who have been praying for her. She was a member of the Harding St. Church of Christ in Morrilton, Arkansas and a retired teacher of English and Special Education. She taught cradle roll classes at church since 1971, having started those classes at Harding St. Church of Christ in Morrilton, Greenbrier Church of Christ in Greenbrier, and Eglantine Church of Christ near Shirley. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Harding St. Church of Christ, 906 Harding St., Morrilton, Ark. 72110; Southern Christian Home in Morrilton; Arkansas Hospice; and CARTI. Visitation will be Friday, November 18, 2016 at Roller McNutt Funeral Home in Conway from 5-7 p.m. Funeral Service will be 10 a.m. Saturday November 19, 2016 at Harding St. Church of Christ in Morrilton with Dr. Charles Bane and Brother Howard Chenault officiating.
