Cecil Vonnie Clements

Cecil Vonnie Clements was born March 26, 1951, in Conway, Arkansas. He died November 21, 2016 at his home in Vilonia, Arkansas. He was a graduate of Conway High School and attended the University of Central Arkansas. He retired from the Conway Development Center as a Rehab Instructor. He was preceded in death by his father, Cecil Clements, mother, Opal Polk Hopkins Clements Paty, brother Melvin Hopkins, and son Jason Clements. He is survived by his wife, Anita Hauser Clements, daughter, Jenney (Todd) Garrett, and three granddaughters, Brooke Walls, Madison and Savannah Garrett, brother, Bobby Hopkins (Carolyn), and several nieces and nephews. Visitation will be Sunday, November 27, from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. at Vilonia United Methodist Church with the service immediately following. Officiators will be Tom Collie and James Kjorlaug. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Vilonia United Methodist Church.
