Carla Goines, 55 died on Nov. 19, 2016. Born Dec. 3, 1960. Survived by her husband; three daughters; one sister; and seven grandchildren. A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday Nov. 27 at 2 p.m. with a fellowship at 1 p.m. both at Toltec Baptist Church 1139 Toltec Rd., Scott, Ark. Cremation entrusted to Wilson Robison Funeral Home of England.
