Stephen Douglas Shelton

Stephen Douglas Shelton, 50, of Paris, Ark. passed from this earth, Sunday, October 2, 2016 in Paris, Ark. He was born May 21, 1966 in Little Rock, Ark. He is survived by his wife, Angie Reynolds Shelton of Paris; two daughters, Jessica Dawn Smith (Phillip) of Sherwood and Raquel Dawn Billiot (Kyle) of Conway; two step-sons, James Creed Wells, II of Fayetteville and Jesse Chandler Wells of Paris; his parents, J. D. and Betty Shelton of Alma; a brother, Jimmy Scott Shelton (Jennifer) of Alma; a sister, Sharon Shelton Haney (Michael) of El Dorado; three grandchildren, Chloe Jones, Barrett Cox and Emerie Billiot and one step great-granddaughter, Harlee Smith. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, C.S. and Eva Shelton and W.S. and Pearlie Mott. Visitation will be Wednesday, from 5 until 7 p.m. at Ocker Funeral Home of Alma, 917 Hwy. 64 East, Alma. Funeral service will be 1 p.m. Thursday, October 6, 2016 at Northside Pentecostal Church in Fort Smith with Pastor Tim Sullivan and Rev. Scott Shelton officiating.
