Phoebe Ann Franklin, 76, of New Hampton, N.H., died Friday, Oct. 14 at Catholic Medical Center (CMC) in Manchester, N.H. She was born in Hot Springs, Ark., on Aug. 6, 1940, the daughter of the late Arthur J. and Marguerite (Rowan) Wilson. Phoebe is preceded in death by her daughter, Julia Kelsch and brothers Bill and Jackie Wilson. Phoebe is survived by her significant other, Paul Sabol of New Hampton, N.H.; daughters, Lisa Vance (Dave Williams) and Cindy Winters (James) both of El Dorado, Ark.; son-in-law Scott Kelsch of Linden, Tenn.; five grandchildren, Amber Washburn of Portland, Ore., Justin Misenheimer, Zachary Dickens, Tyler Morgan, Jace Vance and Justin Winters all of El Dorado, Ark.; eight great-grandchildren and one sister, Mary Lee Thompson (Aldon) of Hot Springs, Ark. Phoebe spent the first part of her career as a deli merchandiser for Kroger company covering much of the state of Arkansas. She later worked for Sam's Club as a sales associate in New Jersey and New Hampshire. To the ICU staff at CMC and the Home Health and Hospice Care, the family would like to begin by thanking all of you for the wonderful care, love and support you showed Phoebe and the family, there are no words to express our gratitude. She will be greatly missed.
