Charles D. Steigler Jr., 67, of Hot Springs, passed away peacefully on Sunday, April 2, 2017. A Celebration of Charles' Life will be held at First United Methodist Church on Monday, April 10th, at 11 a.m. Arrangements are with Gross Funeral Home.
