Sallie Ann Powell

Sallie Ann Powell, 77, of England, Arkansas went to be with the Lord, April 4, 2017. She was born in Pine Bluff, Arkansas on June 6, 1939 to R.P. Wise and Nora Bell Wise. Sallie was preceded in death by her parents; Husband Charles Powell, one brother: R.P. Wise, Jr. and one great-granddaughter: Alex Vega. She is survived by two daughters: Debra Dardenne (Steve) of Tillar and Donna Allison of England; two sons: Tom Powell (Sharon) of Morrilton and James "Frank" Powell of England; one brother: Bobby Joe Wise (Anne) of Searcy; seven grandchildren: Lucas, Mayson, Charlee, and Gavin. She was a Freewill Baptist member, a homemaker and a wonderful cook. Sallie loved to visit with her friends on the phone. Her hobby was gardening. There will be a Graveside service Friday, April 7, 2017 at Flat Bayou Cemetery in Altheimer, Arkansas at 10 A.M. Bro. Bobby Alexander will be officiating. Visitation will be at Roller England Funeral Home (501)842-3939, on Thursday, April 6, 2017 from 6-8 P.M.
