Cecilia Frances Zakrzewski

CECILIA FRANCES ZAKRZEWSKI, 95, of North Little Rock, passed away Thursday, April 6, 2017. She was born June 27, 1922 in Little Rock, Ark. to Edward and Antonia Gubanski Banaszak. She was a member of the Rosary Society at Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church. Cecilia enjoyed cooking, canning, and baking pies. In her younger years, she worked as a seamstress at Tuff Nut. She loved sewing and made quilts. She was Carl's "right hand woman." She is survived by her son, Charles Zakrzewski; her sister, Irene Banaszak; and other extended family and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband of 60 years, Carl Zakrzewski; and three brothers, Edmond, Alois and Victor Banaszak. Mass of Christian burial will be held 10 a.m., Monday, April 10, 2017 at Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church, 7006 Jasna Gora Drive, North Little Rock, with a Rosary Service before Mass.
