Jimmy Leon Merritt

Jimmy Leon Merritt, 63, of Bryant died Monday, April 10, 2017. He was born August 27, 1953 in Little Rock to the late Joseph Emett and Lilly Imo Merritt. In addition to his parents, one stepson, Joshua Evans, two brothers, and one sister also preceded him in death. Survivors include his wife, Jody Merritt of Bryant; one stepson, Brady Ward of Little Rock; one granddaughter, Cecilia Ward of Little Rock; one grandson, Hunter Peach of Little Rock, and several nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held at 7 p.m. Thursday, April 13, 2017 in the chapel of Roller-Ballard Funeral Home (315-4047) with Randy Wood officiating.
