JoAnn Simmons

JoAnn Simmons, born February 10, 1938 in Heber Springs, Arkansas, passed away on April 8, 2017 in Little Rock, Arkansas. She was the daughter of the late Lucille and Floyd Simmons. She was also preceded in death by her twin brother, Jerry Simmons. JoAnn had a very loving heart, and will be greatly missed by her many relatives and friends.
