Michael Curry Rogers

MICHAEL CURRY ROGERS, 73, born Aug. 19, 1943, died in Little Rock, Ark., on April 11, 2017. Originally from El Dorado, Ark., he was a retired office manager and a member of Little Rock First Baptist Church. Michael was predeceased by a son, Brian El Rogers; parents, Byron Leslie Rogers and Ruth El Curry Foster; a brother, Byron L. (Buddy) Rogers Jr.; and grandparents, El and Ruth Curry. He is survived by his wife of 55 years, Betty Reynolds Rogers, two daughters, April Robinson and Sarah and Joey Langston, three granddaughters and three grandsons. Visitation will be Monday, April 17 from 5-7 p.m. at Little Rock Funeral Home, 8801 Knoedl Ct. (NW corner I-630 and Barrow Rd.). Services will be Tuesday, April 18 at 10 a.m. at the funeral home, followed by interment at Arlington Memorial Park in El Dorado at 4 p.m. Memorials may be made to the Leukemia Research Foundation, www.allbloodcancers.org.
