David Marshal Little

David Marshal Little, age 79, of Morrilton, Arkansas, went to be with our Lord Wednesday, April 19, 2017. He was born August 25, 1937 in Springfield, Arkansas, a son of the late Claude and May (Huett) Little. He was a 1956 graduate of Morrilton High School and a 1965 graduate of Arkansas Tech University, BS, Accounting. He worked for the Division of Legislative Audit up until his retirement. He was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Morrilton. He was an integral member of the Parish Finance Committee and Sacred Heart School Endowment Fund. Survivors include his wife of 49 years, Mary Ruth (Scroggins) Little; daughter, Marchelle (Larry) Foshee of Blackwell; daughter, Melanie (Rob) James of Tulsa, Oklahoma; son, Derrick Little of Tulsa, Oklahoma; grandchildren, Austin and Sydney Foshee, Noah and Luke James, and Kynlee Little; brother, Jerry (Norma) Little of Benton, Arkansas; sister, Vivian Hill of Springfield; and many family and friends. Other than his parents, he was preceded in death by one sister, Ruby Dixon of Morrilton and one brother, Hulon Little of Morrilton. Funeral mass will be 10 a.m. Saturday, April 22, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church with Father Jack Harris officiating. Burial will be at Sacred Heart Cemetery by Harris Funeral Home of Morrilton.
