Stanley Clyde Fleming, "Stan the Man", 75, of Scott, Arkansas passed away Monday, April 24, 2017. He was born September 4, 1941 to the late Elmer and Floy Brantley Fleming. He was an avid hunter and an outdoorsman, as well as a member of Wilson Hunting Club. He was a member of the Teamsters Union 878. Not a day went by that he didn't have a story, a joke, to share with all those that he loved and cared for. He will be remembered for his wittiness and his giving heart. He is survived by children; Lynn Carton (Jerry), Brenda Venable (Richard), Stanley Kevin Fleming (Amy), Dennis Fleming (Shannon), Clara Hughes (Mike), Audrea Kagebein (Keith) and grandchildren; Emily, Brandi, Stanley, Jr, Felix and Jakobe Fleming, Michael Ryan, Caitlyn Hughes, Eli Price, Nicole Lewis, Michelle Henderson, Brittany Faulkner, Daniel Cheatham, Selena Pearson, Dana Barron, Jerry, Josh, Jason, Jordan, and Shelby Carlton, numerous great-grandchildren, siblings; Larry, Ann, Cecil, Lester, Loretta Fleming and Margaret Jackson and numerous extended family. Stanley was preceded in death by his parents, his wife of 48 years; Phyllis Marie Fleming, siblings; Debbe Fleming, Joe Anthony and Rudolph Fleming. Memorials may be made to Scott Pentecostal Church, Building Fund, 14900 Highway 165, Scott, Arkansas 72142. Visitation will be held from 6-8 p.m., Thursday, April 27, 2017 at Scott Pentecostal Church. Funeral service will be at 10 a.m. Friday, April 28, 2017 at Scott Pentecostal Church.
