Kevin S. Nicholas

Kevin S. Nicholas, 54, of Jacksonville, died August 1, 2017 He was born December 5, 1962 to Roy and Martha Buse Nicholas in Pine Bluff. He is preceded in death by his father. Kevin enjoyed being with his family, they loved going to the beach, watching Razorback football, and he cherished riding horses with his daughter and watching his son play football. In High School he won the State Champion Bull Riding tournament and he enjoyed Bull Riding many years after. Kevin was a driver for 22 years with American Freight, now FedEx. Kevin is survived by his wife, Edith Nicholas; son, Keaton Nicholas; daughter, Kaley Nicholas all of Jacksonville; mother, Martha Buse Whitten of Maumelle; two brothers, Keith Nicholas (Terri) of Fayetteville, Kyle Nicholas (Michelle) of North Little Rock; and a host of family and friends. Funeral Service will be at 2 p.m., Saturday August 5, 2017, at Second Baptist Church, 1117 N James St., Jacksonville, Ark. 72076. Burial to follow at Stanfill Cemetery in North Pulaski County.
