Lee Ester Carrigan Sr.

LEE E. CARRIGAN SR., 92., of Little Rock passed away peacefully on Aug. 3, 2017. He was born April 20, 1925, in Hope, Ark. Lee was preceded in death by parents, Horace and Ora Carrigan; wife, Viola Carrigan; brother, Joseph Carrigan; sisters, Eddie L. Block, Ida Hood and Dienetter Romine. Lee is survived by daughter, Mary Braswell; son, Lee Carrigan Jr.; and adopted daughter, Patricia Weems; grandchildren, Tajuana Braswell and Lee Carrigan III; great-grandchildren, Chris Bond, Jajuan Bonds and a host of other relatives and friends. A celebration of his life will be held Thursday, Aug. 10, 2017, with viewing at 10 a.m., and funeral services at 11 a.m., at St. John Missionary Baptist Church, 2501 Main St., Little Rock, Ark., Pastor C.D.
