Gertrude "Trudy" Casebolt

Gertrude (Trudy) M. Casebolt, (102), passed away August 11, 2017 in Rogers, Ark. Cremation followed by graveside services to be held at a later date in Kansas City, Mo. Mrs. Casebolt was born in Bottrop, Germany on February 20, 1915. She came to the United States when she was eight years old with her family. She lived in Mascoutah Illinois, Kansas City, Missouri and has been in Rogers, Ark. the last 48 years. She enjoyed bowling and playing cards with her many friends. Gertrude was preceded in death by her husband, Edward C. Casebolt in 1998, sister, Imelda Patoska in 2014, and two brothers. She is survived by step-son, Joseph E. Casebolt, step-daughter, Mary Jane Porter, both of Lee's Summit, Mo., niece, Pamela Ramirez, great-niece, Ashley Ramirez both of Colorado Springs, Colo., long-time companion, Glenn Knoll, of Rogers, Ark., four grandchildren, six great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandson. Arrangements are by Rollins Funeral Home of Rogers.
