Colleen Kay (Buckley) Sappington

Colleen Kay (Buckley) Sappington passed away August 17, 2017, after a 2-year battle with pancreatic cancer. She fought hard and never stopped believing she could beat it. She is survived by her husband of 20 years, Phillip Sappington, sister, Catherine Mantegani, brother-in-law, Irvin Mantegani, nephew, Nicholas Mantegani, brother, Timothy Buckley, sister-in-law, Geniece Yates, niece, Beth Buckley, and nephew, Patrick Buckley. She was pre-deceased by her parents, Tom and Pat Buckley of Lowell. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. All will remember her spirit, wicked sense of humor and love of animals. In lieu of flowers, donations in her name can be made to the Benton County Animal Shelter. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
