David Louis (Yeatman) Viner, 53, of Little Rock, Arkansas, an extraordinary son, brother, uncle and friend, passed away unexpectedly in his sleep on August 17, 2017. David was born in Amarillo, Texas on December 16, 1963. He graduated from Catholic High School in 1982, beginning college at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock while still a Senior at CHS, with full schedules at both schools. He made the Chancellor's List at UALR, graduating Summa Cum Laude. He went on to pursue a long career in graphic design for over 30 years. David loved the outdoors. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, bike rides, canoeing and anything that took him to the woods or rivers, but his true passion was listening to music of many varieties. He was intelligent, kind, compassionate, and had the most infectious laugh. If he laughed, one couldn't help but laugh with him. Survivors include his mother, Billye G. Viner, father, Jim T. Viner, sister, Julie Viner Cowles Murphy, brother-in-law, Christopher Murphy, nieces, Kara Cowles and Keegan Murphy, and dear friends, Mike Davidson and Dorothy (Dee) Brown. We will miss him terribly, but know that we will see him again. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Catholic High School for CHS Foundation need based scholarships. David's online guestbook may be signed at www.littlerockfuneralhome.com.
