Lloyd Wesley Vaught

Lloyd Wesley Vaught, age 70, died July 19, 2017 in Sebastopol, Calif. Wesley was born Dec. 16, 1946 in Baltimore, Md., to the late Lloyd Willard Vaught and Lois Rocky Baskin Vaught of Little Rock. He is survived by his wife, Sheila Hoover, his son, Tacoma Vaught, Sebastopol, Calif., his sister Laura (Vaught) Willard, Hollywood, Md., a niece Amy (Ables) Hardman and nephew Alex Ables, both of Va., and niece, Dr. Leslie (Vaught) Monroe and nephew, L.B. Vaught, both of Little Rock. Wesley was preceded in death by his brother Jerry Vaught (wife Barbara Vaught) of Little Rock. Wesley spent most of his formative years in Little Rock, Ark., where he graduated Hall High School '64. He attended Emory University, was a member of Delta Tau Delta fraternity, and attended University of Arkansas, Fayetteville. He received his B.S in Addiction Studies from the University of Minnesota. Wesley worked in the therapeutic healing field for over 25 years. Wes' greatest joy was spending time in the great outdoors and building canoes. He was a kind soul and will be dearly missed.
