Billy Gene Noble, 87, a landscape architect, of El Dorado passed away Friday, Dec. 1. Funeral will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 5 at First United Methodist Church with interment in Arlington Memorial Park. Visitation will be from 5-7 p.m., Monday.
