Leroy Gerald Percy, 60, of Little Rock passed away Monday, November 27, 2017. He leaves to cherish his memory, siblings; Cleveland Percy Jr. (Paula), Deloris Percy-Heard, Shirley Percy, Patricia Banks and a host of relatives and friends.
