Billie Sue Young, 79, of Benton, died December 7, 2017. She was born on May 21, 1938 at home in Leola, Arkansas to the late Clarence T. and Uela C. (Heard) Hudson. She was a dedicated homemaker, never missing a home-cooked meal for her family. She took pride in her home with high standards. Billie Sue had an extremely high knowledge and LOVE for antiques, especially NILOAK pottery. This shined through when she assisted her husband, Bob, at his auctions. She was also able to later apply that knowledge while buying and selling antiques at the flea market, where she had a booth for many years. She loved to go "junking,"especially to the Goodwill, auctions and estate sales. In addition, she enjoyed a good story, and in her younger years, she took pleasure in family fishing and camping trips. Preceding her in death besides her parents, was her husband of 40 years, Robert "Bob" Fredrick Young. In addition, she will be greeted in Heaven by her three sisters, Kathleen McDonald of Benton, JoAnn Hudson of Benton, and Betty Lou Thomas of Bryant; her two brothers, Vernon Hudson of Leola and CT "Sonny" Hudson of Camden; her grandson, Louis "Alan" Walls Jr. of Benton. Survivors include two daughters, Bobbie Sue Yeager, of Hackett, and Carmon Lea and her husband, Kyle Lewis, of Benton; four grand-daughters, Leann and her husband, Terry Tuck, of Hackett, Ashley Megan and her husband, Dustin Ash, of Springdale, Haven Lewis of Benton, and Molly Lewis of Benton; one grandson, Mason Lewis of Benton; one great-grandson, Terry Alan Tuck of Hackett. Our family would like to give a special thanks to our cousin, Daisy Fowler; you put a smile on Mom's face with your weekly visits. In addition, Nathan Lewis has duly assisted my mother for the passed few years in regards to her best interests and well-being, and that was much appreciated. Courtesy of Bobbie Sue Yeager, eldest daughter.
