Jimmie Carrol Hovarter, 68, of Stamps, Ark., passed away December 26, 2017. He was born August 7, 1949 in Hope. Funeral Services will be at 3 p.m. December 29th at Smith Funeral Home Chapel in Stamps. Interment will follow at Sardis. Visitation will be from 9am until service time at the chapel.
