Dale Roger Black

DALE ROGER BLACK. Zack's place lost a loyal customer on Dec. 24, 2017. Dale Roger Black, 76, lived life on his own terms and truly did it his way. Born in Tempe, Ariz., he moved to Arkansas as a young boy. Dale was a member of the 97th Bomb Wing in the U.S. Air Force and decided to continue his education at the University of Arkansas. He was honored being a proud Razorback (even during this season). Dale was also a Director of Human Resources in the private sector and humble father of three. In lieu of flowers, he asks that you make a sizeable purchase at Zack's Place and continue to tell the stories he no longer can. A visitation will be from 10-10:30 a.m., Wednesday, Jan. 3, 2018, followed by a funeral service at 10:30 a.m., at Smith – North Little Rock Funeral Home.
