Robby Joe Murphy

Robby Joe Murphy, 59, of Farmington died January 30, 2017. He was born September 15, 1957 in Springdale to Lee Onis and Beverly Fletcher Murphy. Robby was a dedicated parts salesman for Motion Industries for 30 years and was an avid hunter, fisherman, as well as a John Wayne fan. In his younger days, bull riding was his favorite sport. He always enjoyed the time spent with his granddaughter, Skylar. He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Wendell Murphy. He is survived by two sons, Ethan Murphy and wife, Whitney of West Fork and Wacey Murphy of Bella Vista; one brother, Garry Murphy and wife, Kathy of Berryville; and one special granddaughter, Skylar Murphy. Graveside services will be 10 a.m. Saturday, February 4, 2017 at Elm Springs Cemetery with Earvel Fraley officiating. Interment will follow in Elm Springs Cemetery. Visitation will be 5-7 p.m. Friday, February 3, 2017 at Beard's Funeral Chapel. Memorials may be made to the Arkansas Children's Hospital, 1 Children's Way, Little Rock, Ark. 72202 in Robby's name.
