Shawn Brandon Shockley

Shawn Brandon Shockley, 36, of Hot Springs passed away on Saturday, February 11, 2017. He was born on October 8, 1981 in Little Rock, Arkansas to Stuart Shockley and Diana Shockley. Shawn Graduated in 2000 from Conway High School. He received an associate degree from Rhema Bible College, in Tulsa, Okla., and was a member of the golf team. Shawn had his own tree service business and never met a stranger. He loved God and loved being in church. Shawn was an avid hunter and outdoorsman and loved family reunions with his daughter, parents, aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. Survivors include his daughter Kaitlin Shockley, sister Courtney Shockley, father Stuart Shockley, mother Diana (Don) Grant, Uncles- Kent Shockley, Brian (Kim) Shockley, and Perry (Carrie) Shockley, Dickey (Brenda) Faulkner, Lamont (Billie Ann) Cornwell and many cousins. Visitation will be Thursday from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. at Hot Springs Funeral Home. Funeral services will be Friday 2 p.m. at the Church of Philadelphia, 417 Westinghouse Dr., Hot Springs National Park, Ark. with Reverend Al Clark officiating.
