Le Alexander

Le Alexander, 87, of Hot Springs Village, Ark. passed away Sunday, Dec. 25, 2016. He was born April 21, 1929 in Shreveport, La. to the late Oscar and Hettie Bates Alexander. He was preceded in death by his wife of 68 years, Doris Alexander. He served in the Air Force, played professional baseball, and retired, after 30 years, as Associate Director of the International Division, Boy Scouts of America. He loved family get-togethers and enjoyed fishing, hunting, and archiving family milestones through numerous photo albums. He was a happy man and a loving dad and his great sense of humor was contagious. Survivors include his sons, Mike Alexander and Rory Alexander; and daughter, Jody Bettoney; seven grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren. Arrangements are pending.
