Janet Elizabeth Glenewinkel

Janet Elizabeth Glenewinkel, 49, of Roland, passed away December 29, 2016. She was born in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma on December 28, 1967. She was preceded in death by her father, Bill Powell. She lived each moment fully, wasting nothing-time, friendships, love, opportunities, and bargains. Her love of snow, fog, Disneyworld, and Hawaii showed how simple yet complex she was. She was a joy and delight to everyone around her. Missy loved sacrificially with a servant's heart. Her unconditional, deep love for her husband and children are her greatest legacy. She will be deeply missed here, but we know she is celebrating in heaven with Jesus and her daddy. She was a member of Little Rock First Nazarene Church. Janet is survived by her husband, Kevin; mother, Joan Elizabeth Wenger Guess; three children, Megan Glenewinkel of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Kaylen Glenewinkel of Roland, Arkansas, and Mia Glenewinkel of roland, Arkansas; siblings, Jeff Powell of Cocoa, Florida, David and Rita Powell of Roland, Arkansas, Scott and Marti Powell of Cocoa, Florida; and step-father, John Guess, and countless other family members and friends. Memorial service will be Thursday, January 5, 2017 at 6 p.m. at Little Rock First Nazarene, 1200 N. Mississippi St, Little Rock Ark. 72207. Memorials may be made to Little Rock First Nazarene.
