Richard Riley Warner, 79, of Garfield, died January 9, 2017 at NW Medical Center in Bentonville. He was born March 30, 1937 in Harrison, Arkansas to Charles Warner and Veturia Josephine Creekmore Warner. He married Becky Jo Cotton August 31, 1963 and worked at Tyson Foods-Krispy Kitchen as a security guard for seventeen years. He loved hunting and fishing, spending time with his family and was a member of Full Gospel Fellowship in Washburn, Missouri. Richard is preceded in death by his parents; his wife Becky Warner on September 20, 2014; a brother, Robert Warner; three sisters, Wiladean Doughit, Marty and Freda Freeman. Survivors are two daughters, Pamela Johnson of Garfield, Terry Rusher and husband Delmer of Rogers; three brothers, Wayne Warner (April) of Rogers, Glenn Warner (Diana) of Rogers, Danny Warner (Gwynn) of Huntsville; two sisters, Frances McCormic (Bobby) of Seligman, Mo. and Sharon Morgan (Donnie) of Rogers; ten grandchildren and many great-grandchildren. Graveside services are set for 2 p.m. Thursday, January 12 at Ruddick Cemetery with Pastor Joe Pride officiating. Arrangements are by Sisco Funeral Home in Pea Ridge.
